RCP Executives Chris DeSilva Chris was a Senior Partner with a leading strategy consulting firm that worked exclusively with top insurers, re-insurers and brokerages on new risk transfer instruments. Chris has more than five years experience in investment banking with ABN Amro and three years experience in the insurance industry, which includes time spent at AIG where he was Deputy Director of The New Product Development Group.
