Ernesto Castro

With more than 25 years experience in Tax Planning and Compliance with a proven record in establishing and maintaining business/legal/and governmental relationships that are vital in achieving strategic goal’s in Tax Planning/ Administration/Regulation. Mr. Castro has developed a successful track record in advising clients on tax risk mitigation. Mr. Castro served five years as a Tax Law Specialist at the National Office of IRS where he issued private letter rulings, Tax Advice Memorandums, Responded to Congressional and White House Correspondence. He then spent 17 years as an International Management Consultant, as legal tax counsel for a US corporation in the countries of Honduras and Nicaragua. Most recently he was the Senior Technical Reviewer, Tax for a major US Service Corporation providing technical tax guidance for Fortune 500 Corporations on employment tax matters. Finally, he is a contributing writer for BNA on Employment Tax Compliance and is a founding member of the National Association of Tax Reporting and Payroll Management,( NATRPM). Mr. Castro has a BA from Tulane University with a JD in Comparative Law from Tulane University School of Law.
