RCP Executives Mathew Jodziewicz Mr. Jodziewicz practiced law as a partner with a Century City law firm in Los Angeles before leaving to join a boutique law firm focused specifically on Asian legal issues. He was recruited by a client to become its Vice President of Legal and Technical Affairs, later taking the company public on the NASD. He came to Southern California from a position with the Federal Government in Washington D.C. and is a member of several state bars as well as the US Patent Bar. Mr. Jodziewicz earned a BS in Honors Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame, a JD from Rutgers University, and a LL.M (Patents/Taxation) from The George Washington University. He has held a Congressional appointment as a Captain in the US Army, is fluent in French and has an ability in German, Russian, and a number of other languages. He is currently completing his third year of Mandarin Chinese and has traveled extensively throughout Asia and Europe. Mr. Jodziewicz has experience in handling offshore business transactions, including financing, company and factory establishment and structuring, high-tech technology transfers, and export/import issues in both the Asian and European markets. << Back
