RCP Executives Nemo Perera Nemo Perera is a co-founder and principal of Risk Capital Partners (RCP). An entrepreneur by nature, Mr. Perera brings more than ten years of experience in the insurance industry to his current responsibilities. From 1997 to 2000, he was a vice president of American International Group, Inc. in New York where he was responsible for developing one of three corporate online platforms – aigonline.com. From June 2000 to January 2001, Mr. Perera was a partner with a research based strategy and due diligence practice focusing on commercial insurance and risk transfer. He began his career as director of marketing for Comfort Air, Inc., a Cerritos, CA-based supplier of air conditioning, heating and refrigeration services. In 1992 he founded YellowDex, Inc., an innovative advertising medium that was named “bright new idea” for 1994 by Entrepreneur Magazine (April, 1994). Mr. Perera earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1991. He was awarded an MBA from the University of Southern California in 1997 and holds two patents. He is a frequent guest lecturer and his articles have been published in various technical journals. << Back
