Colin advises on risk identification and mitigation, specializing in assessing project risks and pinpointing the solutions that clear a path to funding. His background spans financial consulting focused on the structural risks that determine whether a project reaches financial close. He holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Analytics from Villanova University.

Steve brings more than twenty-five years of due-diligence and strategy advisory across over two hundred business, asset, and project transactions. He built one of London's leading commercial due-diligence practices and served as lead advisor in a top UK risk-finance and insurance due-diligence practice, with particular emphasis on green-technology transactions. He is a former member of the investment committee of the London Waste and Recycling Board. He holds an MA in Engineering from Cambridge, an MSc with distinction from Imperial College London, and an MBA with distinction from INSEAD.

Matthew has more than forty years of legal experience, beginning as government counsel in Washington, D.C. and continuing in corporate and in-house roles. He holds a BS from the University of Notre Dame, a JD from Rutgers University, and an LLM from the George Washington University National Law Center. He is admitted to the bars of California, the District of Columbia, and New Jersey, as well as the Federal Patent Bar.

Anna is a life-settlements specialist and Managing Partner of Chestnut Capital Management, which she formed in 2016. She entered the industry in 2007 as a case analyst, rising to QC manager and then Director of Operations at RiverRock in Austin. She has since served as a Director at LifebondXchange in Luxembourg, Head of the Advisory Board at Bluefin Alpha Growth, and Director of Business Development at MLF LexServ. Active in the European Life Settlement Association, she was elected Deputy Chairman and then Chairman and received its Lifetime Achievement Award; in 2019 she was elected by BVZL to head its U.S. sector. She holds a BA in German and International Relations from the University of Buffalo and an MA in Germanic Studies from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Michael has more than forty years in insurance, beginning in marine insurance — P&I, war risk, and environmental — with a major international Lloyd's broker. He has been a managing general agent and underwriter and has held Lloyd's binding authorities, working across a wide range of classes. In recent years he has developed insurance and reinsurance programs for the green sector using derivatives and parametric triggers.

Mitch focuses on actuarial science and data-driven decision-making. He co-founded Warranty2Go, an online mobile-insurance venture, and brings a quantitative approach to the firm's modeling work. He holds a double-major BS in Accounting and Finance from Regis University, with certificates in data science and predictive analytics from Johns Hopkins University and the University of California, Irvine.
