We were founded by people who managed these risks from the inside.
Our founders came from careers spent managing financial risk and securing non-traditional insurance for the uncommon exposures embedded in complex transactions. That experience shapes how we work: we deconstruct a risk to its components, structure coverage that preserves a transaction's economics while removing its exposures, collaborate with best-in-class partners where a solution demands it, and stay fluent in both the insurance markets and the latest financial-engineering techniques.
